We got this sit via www.trustedhousesitters.com and we had a video call before we agreed on this sit. Nigel and Helen are very friendly and easygoing. This was their first time to let sitters in their house, so it was all about trust and confidence. Their beautiful villa on the golf resort had everything we could wish for. Floor heating, all the appliances, very good beds and last but not least……… Ginger and Spice,  2 beautiful, cuddly kittens we had to look after! They were 6 months old and very playful and funny. It was a very easy sit for us. During this sit, the Covid restrictions changed continuously and Nigel and Helen came back earlier than planned. They offered us a stay in their apartment on the resort and we had the pleasure to have New Year’s Eve dinner and party together. We also did meet afterwards to catch up and have a drink. We were really glad we met Nigel and Helen and we have done our utmost to give them confidence in the housesitting community. We keep in touch with them (we are already chatting about upcoming sits) and we recommend this sit definitely to other sitters. However, we hope we can do another sit for them in the future ourselves.
